Technology at PS 58

In today’s world, Technology is an integral part of education. Every classroom at P.S. 58 is equipped with a SmartBoard/Promethean Board, as well as desktop computers for the students to use.  We have three computer labs that the students are scheduled to visit numerous times a week.  Each and every one of our students from grade K to 6 are afforded the opportunity to have access to state of the art computer equipment to strengthen their instructional needs. We now have one over one thousand computer devices for each of our superheroes at the School of Heroes. 

The World Wide Web offers a plethora of resources and P.S. 58 has obtained access to many of them for your child. Students may utilize Clever, a digital platform where students have access to all of the websites used in the classroom.
