Hi! Welcome to First grade!

 

I am so excited for a new school year. A fresh start is 'BOWTIFUL!"  Early childhood is such an amazing time and I love working in the lower grades. 

 

 When you enter my classroom, you will find that it is a warm, friendly but a structured environment with mutual respect amongst all. I encourage independence, individuality and leadership. There is so much to learn in First Grade and you will watch your child make incredible leaps, especially in their reading ability! Parent involvement is very important to me and something I appreciate. This communication is an essential aspect to help children create a smooth transition between school and home.
