All About Me

Hi! My name is Dawnann Rodriguez-McDowell, better known by the students as "Mrs. M. It is my pleasure to join in with and be a part of PS58 School of Heroes Staff, Students, Parents/Guardians and the community. My first order of address with students is to identify their social emotional needs, mindset and behaviors in the classrooms. I will assist and provide them with skills on their social emotional learning, together with teachers and families. The students will receive help in understanding and identifying their feelings. I am a presence in every classroom during the day and meet individually when needed. Helping to foster positive culture and climate is a specialty. I look forward to working with all of the wonderful students and you, their families for the school year.
