CS4ALL: Ms. Baranja

Welcome! I am Ms. Baranja, one of the CS4ALL teachers at P.S. 58Q The School of Heroes, where we guide students to become leaders! With the CS4ALL curriculum, we will be working with our digital age learners to build their 21st century skills. CS4ALL will be intertwined with STEAM, which integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and math to create a student-centered learning environment where students investigate and engineer solutions to problems and real-world phenomena. In CS4ALL, students will learn computer science concepts and practices by manipulating models and working in guided digital environments, use a variety of applications and programs to represent their ideas, thoughts, and interests, and innovate by building and sharing ideas, thoughts, and interests with others by contributing to or building projects. Students will also learn about how we can practice good digital citizenship and use technology to build a better world. I look forward to working with your students this school year!
